Want to be featured on my blog?
I feature authors on Wednesdays! If you would like to be featured, please email me. Options include a guest blog post, an author interview, an interview with one of your characters as well as Rafflecopter giveaways! Content should be limited to a "PG-13" rating, and books promoted must be limited to "rated R."
I post book reviews on Mondays. If you would like your book to be reviewed, please email me. Books can be any category but must not be rated anything stronger than "R." Though I will make every attempt to accommodate requests for reviews, please note that due to high demand, I cannot guarantee a book review. All opinions posted on my book reviews are my own, regardless of whether I received a free copy of the book. If I cannot provide a positive (or at least partially positive) review for a book, I will not post one.
Disclosure: I never receive payment for book reviews. Occasionally, I will receive free copies of books, or advanced review copies of books, for the purpose of providing an honest review. In any case, the views expressed in the reviews are my honest opinion.

We’re so excited for your visit, Val! I have ordered a few books for my classroom library, and have sent parents your link as well. Will you autograph books that you deliver this Friday (4-18) to Stonehouse? Thanks for your time. See you soon!
I would be happy to autograph the books 🙂 I look forward to visiting the school!
Hello. A lot of your books look really interesting! I was curios about where and when the Scarred Letter will be published or available for pre-order? It is part of the reading list for one of the book clubs at my school, and it looks like one of the best on the list this coming year, but there have been issues with no one being able to figure out when we will be able to get copies-digital or in print. Maybe those who set up the list have already contacted you, but the rest of us are very confused. Somewhere you mentioned that it would be in June…?
Thanks for contacting me! There is a link where you can pre-order from the publisher: http://www.barkingrainpress.org/dd-product/the-scarred-letter/ . I just sent a query to my publisher to see when the book would be available at places like Amazon.com (I expect any day now!).
If you are following my website or blog, I will also put up a separate post with all the ordering links once it’s available everywhere.
Thanks again. I hope you like the book 🙂
The book is now available at Amazon (http://barkbks.me/1nSztNm) as well as directly from the publisher 🙂
